Shipping swords internationally to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Asia and Africa. We always try to satisfy our customers.

Sword shipping info and policy

Please check your local law before placing an order. Swords and bladed weapons are restricted in some countries, states, regions. If you are not sure about law in your country, ask your customs office for a permission to import sword.

Responsibility
Customer accepts ALL responsibility with complying with their country's custom laws. If item is confiscated by your customs , we are NOT responsible. Please check with your customs in advance.

Customer is responsible for any and all customs fees or other related costs.
We can NOT be responsible if item is lost and/or damaged in shipping. It is YOUR responsibility to deal with the shipping agent you request.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.

PHONE NUMBERS and EMAILS-Please fill your phone number in GAS account. PayPal never shares these data with us. This will prevent shipment delays. Please fill your email carefully. We cannot contact customers with missing phone numbers and with mispelled emails.

International (Non-USA Delivery)
The default method is the Postal service. All non USA customers must supply PHONE NUMBER. USPS will not accept shipments without your correct phone nr.

EUROPEAN UNION
We accept Paypal and credit cards.
Different EU countries have a different law and shipping restrictions.

United Kingdom
Straight swords allowed. Curved swords with blade over 50cms are prohibited (katanas, scimitars, sabres etc.).

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia

Swords passing the customs very well. Paypal accepted.

France, Portugal, Netherlands
Payment by Paypal and Credit cards.
Importing weapons is prohibited. Ask your customs office for a permission before buying a sword.

Rest of Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Balkan etc.)
We accept Western Union.
Shipping after payment verification. We cannot ship swords, sabres and other weapons to UA and to Russia. Only armor, colstumes and non weapon products will pass these customs.

AUSTRALIA
We accept Paypal and Credit cards.
We are unable to ship packages over 42" by USPS. More info.

Oversized swords can be sent by FedEx but average price per sword is USD115-150. If you decide to buy an oversized sword, the difference will be counted manually and payment form supplied via email.

Examples of oversized swords: Anduril, Glamdring, Narsil, two handed medieval and fantasy swords, great swords, claymores and similar products.

Swords under about 40" ship in various boxes. These boxes are usually oversized too.

AUSTRALIAN SWORD BUYERS - Please consult sword shipping before placing an order to prevent refunds or shipping problems!

Remember, it might take up to 20 days or longer, once your payment is confirmed , to receive YOUR new items. Though 90% of shipments arrive within 10 days or less , We do not personally deliver the products. Once they are in the hands of UPS , FedEx or the postal service , it is out of our control. We would rather you be pleasantly surprised with quick delivery , than be disappointed by making a promise that depends on others.
