International shipping.

We currently ship to USA, Canada and Europe. If you are located outside, contact us for shipping rates for your country. Consider that possession of sword is restricted in some countries by a local law. Some countries are not supported by our online store but we always trying to ship anywhere in the world. When will my order ship?

Items in our store have info about shipping time. If not, use a contact form attached to every product for more info. (Aks A Question About This Product button).

Shipping fees

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

USA, Canada - $15-59

European Union - $49-59

Australia - $49-69

Free shipping - shipping is free if you order over $500 - valid for USA only.

How do I track my order status?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My product is missing parts.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Payment option.

We accept Paypal payment or bank wire. Paypal is the fastest way to get your order. If you select bank wire, please count with a few days for payment verification.

I have no Paypal account.

Paypal account is totally free and secure system so why not to get one? You can still use Paypal even if you have no account.

How to pay if you do not have a PayPal account

1. Simply select Paypal as a payment option.

2. You will be redirected to Paypal home page.

3. Click the "Continue link" (left - bottom side of page).

You can use your credit card then.

Return policy

GetaSword.com products are guaranteed to be new, first quality and original authentic manufacturer products. Exchanges and Returns add to the cost of doing business. In order to keep our prices as LOW as possible , GetaSword.com reserves the right to assess a 12% restocking fee on all returned items unless the goods are damaged in delivery or defective + we deduct shipping fees.

We will replace defective items. All orders are shipped insured, so goods damaged in delivery will be covered by the carrier's insurance. If there is a problem, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a description of the problem. A return authorization number and further instructions will be provided at that time.
